Mailroom Associate – JLL What this job involves:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mailroom Associate to support daily mail and office services operations at our client site in Reston, Virginia. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient handling and distribution of mail, packages, office supplies, and workplace support services that contribute to a smooth and productive office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while delivering a high level of customer service. What your day-to-day will look like: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming USPS, courier mail, and packages on the same day of receipt Process outgoing shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and apply correct postage to outgoing mail Maintain mailroom, copy rooms, and breakrooms by restocking paper, toner, office, and coffee supplies Respond to basic copier and printer maintenance needs, including paper jams and replacement of interchangeable parts Monitor workplace conditions and submit Corrigo work orders for facility-related issues requiring attention Manage and update assigned Corrigo tickets related to Mail Services functions within required timelines Support employee move requests and maintain daily workflow reporting and activity tracking Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of related mailroom, office services, or facilities support experience Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 pounds occasionally Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Corrigo or similar work order management systems Familiarity with reprographic and office equipment operations Experience supporting workplace or facilities services in a corporate environment Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience maintaining inventory and workplace supply levels Ability to provide high-touch or white-glove customer service support Location:

Expected compensation for this position:

45,406.00 – 45,406.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
