SEO ManagerThe SEO Manager at Mason Interactive will drive the strategic direction of assigned client services in SEO and GEO strategies. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience delivering exceptional results through innovative SEO strategies and who is willing to continue to learn and test new strategies as the AI and search landscape evolves.Key Responsibilities:Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and regular updates on campaign progress.Stay abreast of industry changes in SEO and AI search, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.Create a roadmap based on strategic recommendations and execute the strategies.Executing key SEO strategies, such as:Writing SEO/GEO contentCompleting technical auditsImplementing technical suggestionsData analysisKeyword and competitive researchQualifications:5+ years of SEO experience.Demonstrated success in strategic planning.In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, trends, and tools.Proven knowledge and success in implementing GEO strategies.Exceptional communication and client management skills.Demonstrated success in utilizing AI engines to facilitate SEO strategies and tasks.Benefits:Competitive salary with 401K matching.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and flexibility with at least two in-office days per week.Opportunities for training during the initial 90-day period which requires more on-site presence.Why Mason Interactive: Join us and be part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
