Number of Beds - 13 OR's Number of Staff 26.7 Ftes Type of staff: Day Shift (1 Charge, Variable Rn/Cst And Ancillary Staff Dependent On Number Of Surgical Blocks And Scheduled Cases.) Night Shift - Patient Ratios 1rn/Cst Per Or Type of equipment Multiple Or Equipment in Each Or Emr - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel Rns, Local Cnas And Sitters) Must have: Candidates Without These Orthopedic And Or Spine Skills/Experience Will Not Be Considered For The Role. Need to have Orthopedic, Sports Med, Total Joint Need to have Spine Experience Preferred or nice to have: Candidates With These Skills Will Be Considered First. Same as above List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Hip, Knee and Shoulder Joint replacement, Arthroscopic sports Med cases Hip Preservation Pao cases in Ichpp Spine cases (repair, fusion etc) Best personality fit: Able to work in fast paced environment and with all types of personalities.
