Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 20 (ADC 5-8) Number of Staff 18 total; staff minimum of 2 with 0 babies. Type of staff: Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge, 2RN Night Shift Charge, 2 RN Patient Ratios Based on acuity; 3 feeder/grower (level 2), 1-2 intermediate (level 3), 1 acute (level 4) Type of equipment Omnibeds, bedside physiologic monitors, GE vents EMR CPN and Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. 1 year NICU experience Current NRP certification Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
