It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator to join the Bloomington, IL Team.Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your Responsibilities:Prepare and operate printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and proceduresPerforms daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum outputPrepare inks for proper color and consistencyCheck paper for type, size, color and quantityCheck plates for correct formatVisually inspect forms throughout run for qualityCoordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updatesMaintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipmentYour Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - FridayYou Must Have:Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerancesMath skills and attention to detailMechanical abilityGood reading abilityWe Would Also Prefer:Ability to work with very close tolerancesAbility to effectively communicate with team membersAnalytical skillsGood color discernmentThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $19-21. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
