This Is More Than a Recruiting Position As our District Recruiter, you would become a fundamental part of our district's growth and leadership conversations. You would work directly with me, the District Coordinator , to identify talented individuals, understand what makes them successful, and help determine who has the potential to thrive within our organization. You won't be sitting on the outside simply sending resumes. You'll have a voice. You'll be involved in conversations about: Who we're looking for What our district needs How we're developing our team What makes someone successful here How we can improve our recruiting process The future direction and growth of our organization And you'll have tremendous backing and support from me every step of the way.
