Now Hiring: Laser Machine Operator Position Overview

Join our production team as a Laser Machine Operator, responsible for cutting and processing materials with precision equipment. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate laser cutting machines to cut and shape materials to specifications
• Load, unload, and position materials on machines
• Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and job instructions
• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use hand tools and measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
• Assist with general production tasks and maintain a clean work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

• 1–2 years of manufacturing, machining, or related experience preferred
• Experience operating laser machines or CNC equipment is a plus
• Ability to read and measure accurately
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)

• Manufacturing environment (may be warm, noisy, or dusty at times)
• Required PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)
• Steel-toe boots required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.

The pay range for this position is $23.58 - $23.58/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Kenyon,MN.
