Run scout teams during practices. Assist in organizing, conducting, and evaluating daily practices. Attend meetings called by the Head Coach. Enforce all regulations of Beckman Catholic High School and the IHSAA, informing participants of these policies. Promote and remain loyal to the philosophies of the Beckman Catholic Football Program. Provide feedback and communicate with the Head Coach about individual and team issues. Model the highest level of integrity and ethical behavior. Know the rules of the sport. Attend clinics and read literature to continue coaching knowledge growth. Work hard, stay positive, and be punctual. Schedule In-season schedule: August – November Qualifications Must possess a Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization as mandated by the Iowa Department of Education, Iowa Board of Educational Examiners, and the Iowa High School Athletic Association.
