HVAC Territory Sales Representative

Morgantown, WV | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $20–$24/hour + Commission Potential

United Talent Staffing is hiring an HVAC Territory Sales Representative in the Morgantown, WV area!

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can identify opportunities, develop new business, and help residential and commercial customers find the HVAC products and services that best meet their needs.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential, including a commission structure after successful completion of the probationary period.

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Territory Sales Representative, you’ll spend much of your time in the field developing relationships and growing business throughout Morgantown and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
• Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and territory outreach throughout the Morgantown area
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products and services
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
• Prepare quotes and proposals and follow up consistently on sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and high satisfaction
• Professionally represent the company at customer locations and throughout the territory

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is confident, dependable, personable, and motivated to grow a customer base.

• Previous sales, customer service, or HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout the assigned service area

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend on-call availability may be required
• Location: Morgantown, WV
• Approximately 90% local travel within the Morgantown area
• Approximately 10% travel within a 60-mile radius of Morgantown

• A company vehicle may be provided for business use

• Mileage reimbursement is available for employees who use their personal vehicle for business travel
