Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

Are you a driven and experienced litigation attorney with a passion for insurance coverage law? We’re seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated attorney with 3+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions Prepare and respond to written discovery Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis Review case documents and prepare for litigation Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations File legal documents with courts in a timely manner Qualifications & Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New Mexico (additional admissions a plus) Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance coverage litigation Strong academic background and solid work history Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary withstudent loan reimbursement assistance Flexible time offand hybrid work environment Comprehensivemedical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-contributed401(k) Safe Harbor plan Life, AD&D, and disability insurance coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Pet insurance, commuter benefits, and EAP support #J-18808-Ljbffr
