Accounts Payable Manager: Lead & Optimize AP

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to take charge of our AP operations and drive excellence in payment processing and vendor relations. What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage daily accounts payable operations with precision.
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated AP team, fostering a culture of professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
• Oversee expense reports, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Prepare insightful reports and support audits as needed.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance AP processes and

efficiency. What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
