Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $31.00 - $37.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for infants and toddlers
• Provide individualized therapy in children's homes and community settings
• Develop and execute goals within the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Educate and train families and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Prepare evaluations, progress notes, and other documentation
• Select appropriate therapeutic activities and educational resources
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case discussions
• Follow all safety and infection-control procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Massachusetts SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to family homes in Brockton and surrounding areas
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Physical & Travel Requirements:

• Ability to sit on the floor, bend, stoop, and participate in play activities
• Quick response to assist children during activities
• Access homes, outdoor spaces, and community venues
• Ability to lift or carry a child for safety purposes
