Service coordinator

In this vital role, you will act as the hub between our customers, field teams, and internal departments-managing service flow, dispatching technicians, and ensuring every job is completed seamlessly from start to finish. work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Match and assign field technicians to service calls based on skill set, geographic location, and contractual response times. Organize schedules for standard calls, special projects, and priority tasks.
• Serve as a clear, responsive point of contact for clients by providing real-time status updates and accurate arrival estimates.
• Monitor phone and email queues for incoming requests, log work orders using Salesforce Field Service, and brief technicians on job expectations and priorities.
• Audit completed work orders for accurate labor and materials tracking, issue final customer closeouts, and clear jobs for billing in line with contract terms.
• Keep service logs and customer records updated while collaborating with management, technicians, and supply chain teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Hours are 7:30-4:30 or 9:00-6:00
