Medicaid Coordinator

Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Medicaid Coordinator to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY! As a Medicaid Coordinator at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort. Medicaid Coordinator Responsibilities Screen, interview, and assess each resident to determine Medicaid benefit eligibility Receive and review admission forms for residents referred for Medicaid assistance Collect all necessary documents to apply for Medicaid Upload documents to be sent electronically to the Medicaid office Correspond with HRA case workers to get the status of Medicaid applications Follow up to ensure that all applications are approved Obtain necessary information to determine eligibility for financial aid Secure and complete appropriate forms in accordance with the established procedure Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor Medicaid Coordinator Requirements High school diploma or its equivalent COVID-19 Vaccination Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Social Work, or a related field Previous experience in a long-term care facility or another healthcare-related facility What We Offer Competitive pay scale Generous employee referral bonus Weekly payroll Medical and dental coverage 401k Paid time off CEU-eligible training programs Ongoing leadership and professional development training Dedicated and local leadership support #J-18808-Ljbffr
