Director, US TUKYSA HCP Marketing Lead

Pfizer seeks a Director to lead HCP marketing strategy for TUKYSA, an oncology asset entering a critical launch phase. This strategic role involves positioning, messaging, promotional oversight, and cross-functional partnership in a matrixed commercial environment.
Responsibilities
- Set and evolve HCP marketing strategy through launch, translating customer and competitive dynamics into strategic decisions
- Define TUKYSA positioning, value proposition, messaging and claims architecture with competitive differentiation
- Establish HCP segmentation and targeting strategy with differentiated engagement approaches
- Direct HCP personal promotion from strategy through execution, including promotional resources and MLR review
- Serve as primary Marketing partner to Sales, translating strategy into field execution and incorporating field insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years pharma/biotech experience; MBA/MS with 7+ years; or PhD/PharmD with 5+ years
- Demonstrated experience developing HCP positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies
- Experience leading promotional materials through MLR review processes
- Ability to independently interpret clinical evidence and market research into commercial strategy
- Success leading complex initiatives across matrixed organizations
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders, coach others, and achieve results through colleagues
- Commercial judgment and demonstrated agency, investment, and budget management capabilities
