As a member of the CSD Business Intelligence team, the selected candidate will partner with stakeholders across all business functions to gather requirements, develop Power BI dashboards and reports, and present data in a way that tells a clear and compelling story. This role is well suited for a motivated early-career professional eager to grow in a close-knit, geographically distributed team environment where curiosity, communication, and collaboration are highly valued.Essential Functions:Engage with stakeholders across all business functions to gather, understand, and document reporting and analytical requirementsBuild new Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch as well as maintain, improve, and optimize existing BI solutionsPresent data in a visually compelling way that tells a clear story and drives understanding and action among stakeholdersApply data visualization best practices to ensure dashboards are accurate, accessible, and easy to interpretPerform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support business objectivesCollaborate with Data Engineers and team members to understand data sources, structures, and pipelines that feed BI solutionsIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or Excel macros/VBAContribute to a team culture of openness, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvementQualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science or related field or have completed their Master's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.Preferred Additional Skills:Experience with DAX for calculated measures and advanced report logic in Power BIFamiliarity with Power Query for data transformationExperience with process automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or Excel macros/VBAFamiliarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platformsIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $84,000 - $156,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $73,000 - $136,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
