Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation. Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritizing medical needs and delivering effective care. Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs. Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience Current RN licensure is required. Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
