Licensed Plumber

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring a New Hampshire-licensed residential service plumber for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire. The position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and complete scheduled plumbing service calls. Install and service tank, tankless, and hybrid heat pump water heaters, fixtures, toilets, faucets, disposals, and related piping. Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing, remodels, and new-construction rough-in; explain options clearly to homeowners; document work; pull permits and coordinate inspections. Qualifications Active New Hampshire journeyman or master plumbing license, at least two years of residential plumbing experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong plumbing diagnostics, craftsmanship, customer communication, and job-site organization. Schedule, pay, and benefits Full-time, year-round daytime weekday work with a reasonable on-call rotation. Pay is $30-$45 per hour plus health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, uniforms, a well-stocked company truck and tools, approved training and licensing reimbursement, incentives, and year-end bonuses.
