Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (Salary + Performance Bonus)

We're seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team and uphold our reputation for exceptional customer care.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 annually (base salary + bonus)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings or weekends for urgent matters)
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop our team of residential service and installation technicians
- Perform ride-alongs, job site visits, and quality audits to maintain high standards
- Oversee daily service operations, dispatching, and technician performance
- Build and strengthen a comprehensive training program for ongoing technician development
- Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Review work orders, monitor financial goals, and enforce company policies
- Manage larger residential projects and keep them on schedule and on budget
- Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and the team
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture through team meetings and leadership
What You Bring
- 10+ years of HVAC experience with 3-5 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong technical expertise in residential HVAC systems (light commercial experience a plus)
- Experience with Service Titan dispatching software (preferred)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop technicians
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A genuine passion for continuous improvement and delivering high-quality service
