This position can be located in the Munster, IN area, or surrounding areas or can be Remote in Indiana. This opportunity is also open to candidates wanting to work HybridManage all phases on highway projects including planning, design, and constructionDevelop creative solutions to complex challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionalsMaintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion, and help build and strengthen new client relationshipsProvide valuable mentorship to junior engineers and designersEssential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineeringLicensed Professional Engineer in the state of INStrong experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and constructionexperience on INDOT projectsPreferred Qualifications:A minimum of twelve (12) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and constructionA minimum of five (5) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and constructionKnowledgeable of Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client basePrevious experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposalsMust reside in the state of Indiana or surrounding areasAbility to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, business development excursions, on-site inspections/visits, etcWho We AreBetter Places.
