You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. QUALIFICATIONS Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills.
