Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TruStaff Program - Bon Secours Mercy Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year RN experience in telemetry, critical care, cardiac cath lab, ER, or OR

Preferred Skills/Experience: If candidates have EP experiences

Required Credentials: Dysrhythmia exam

Preferred Credentials: Critical Care Course

Special Requests: Will circulate

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday Take at least 14 days of call per month (call can include weekends)

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 2 years
