This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing other therapists and wants to work in a flexible, creative, and collaborative environment.What You'll Do:Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentationProvide high-quality, client-centered therapySupervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full LCSW/LICSW licensureMaintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisionDevelop creative interventions based on client needs and goalsCoordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionalsParticipate in clinical meetings, supervision, and trainingSupport clinic operations and contribute to a positive team cultureQualifications:Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health fieldActive Alabama LCSW/LICSW license with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S)5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferredCompleted supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in AlabamaExperience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentationStrong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundariesExperience working with diverse client populationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plusInsurance credentialing experience preferredAbility to successfully complete a background checkWe Encourage You to Apply:You don't have to meet every qualification to be a great fit.
