I'm a proud Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in finance. My wife, who has been an integral part of our agency for eight years, works alongside me, making this truly a family-run business. Outside the office, I love spending time outdoorswhether that's fishing, kayaking, or tending to our small farm filled with chickens, goats, and cows. Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dan Walker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
