Superintendent

Summary A well-established general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up and multifamily renovation projects from mobilization through closeout. The company specializes in multifamily construction and is looking for a strong field leader who can manage daily operations, maintain schedules, and deliver quality projects safely and efficiently. This role requires someone who is local to the Sacramento area, as the Superintendent will be onsite daily at assigned projects. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up and multifamily renovation projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics Develop and maintain3-week look-ahead schedules and trade sequencing Monitor project progress and maintain schedule milestones Ensure quality control and work is completed per plans and specifications Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across the jobsite Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate daily field activities Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and project goals Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals while proactively resolving field issues Maintain daily reports, site logs, and project documentation Manage punch lists, final inspections, and project closeout Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor Ground-up multifamily or multifamily renovation experience required Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination Ability to lead multiple trades while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Must be local and available to work onsite daily Compensation & Benefits Annual performance bonus Gas card or mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid holidays and PTO Long-term growth with a stable multifamily builder and strong project pipeline #J-18808-Ljbffr RIMEPRO INC
