Robosys Automation Ltd is a UK-based company with offices in the USA, Canada, and India, specialising in AI-powered maritime autonomy software. Our VOYAGER.AI suite is used globally on Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs) for autonomous navigation, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and advanced vessel control. With over 20 years’ experience, we deliver scalable solutions for both new-build and retrofit vessels, improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Role Description We’re hiring a Software Engineer in Rhode Island, USA (hybrid work available) to develop and enhance AI-driven maritime autonomy systems. You will work on navigation, collision avoidance, and optimisation algorithms, collaborating with international teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain maritime autonomy software Implement algorithms for navigation and obstacle avoidance Conduct system testing and simulation evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional global teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 3–5 years’ software engineering experience with strong OOP skills Proficiency in C++/CLI, .NET Framework, and C# Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms (preferred) Permanently authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and Rhode Island market rates, plus 401(k) retirement plan and comprehensive health benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Uncrewed Systems Technology
