Freeman Motor Company is looking for a Service Lot Attendant to join our Portland team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working around amazing European and luxury vehicles, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced service department.

You'll work with vehicles from brands like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, MINI, and more while playing an important role in creating a great experience for our service customers.

What You'll Do

As a Service Lot Attendant, you'll help keep our service department organized, clean, and operating efficiently.

• Park and move customer vehicles safely throughout the service lot and dealership.
• Wash customer vehicles and ensure they are clean and presentable before pickup.
• Pick up and drop off customers as needed, providing friendly and professional transportation.
• Run parts between vendors, dealerships, and other locations as needed.
• Keep the service lot clean and organized, including parking areas and vehicle staging locations.
• Assist with opening and closing the service department, including preparing the lot and securing vehicles.
• Maintain the building and common areas, helping with general upkeep, cleanliness, and light maintenance.
• Move vehicles between Service, Detail, Sales, and other dealership areas as needed.
• Help the service team with general tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Provide a positive, helpful experience for our customers and team members.

What We're Looking For

• Someone who loves cars and enjoys working around luxury and European vehicles.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• The ability to safely drive a variety of vehicles, including luxury and performance cars.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Able to stay productive and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers.

Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right person.
