Field Nurse Health Screener — Biometric Testing
QUEST DIAGNOSTICS INC
Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Health Screener to perform biometric health screenings at client sites within Tempe, AZ. This independent contractor (1099) position offers potential conversion to a W-2 per diem employee after meeting criteria. Responsibilities include finger sticks, BMI, blood pressure, and quality control, along with maintaining HIPAA/OSHA standards and accurate records.
