This C-suite executive will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing financial departments, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within the healthcare or RCM sector./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliStrategic Financial Leadership/liulliDevelop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys long-term goals./liliProvide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to support decision-making./liliLead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes./li/ulliFinancial Operations Management/liulliOversee all financial departments, including Accounting, Reimbursement and Utilization Review./liliEnsure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports that reflect the companys financial position./liliManage resource allocation and prepare the annual budget./li/ulliRegulatory Compliance and Reporting/liulliEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely submission of financial data and associated reports./liliDirect the preparation and submission of payroll tax reports, public disclosure reports, and third-party payer cost reports./li/ulliPerformance Analysis and Improvement/liulliAnalyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement./liliMonitor financial and economic indicators to inform strategic planning and investment decisions./liliReport undesirable trends and potential business opportunities, providing actionable recommendations./li/ulliOperational and Capital Planning/liulliAssist the CEO in developing long-term and short-term operational plans, including service demand analyses, resource availability analyses, and productivity assessments./liliDevelop and manage operational and capital budgets in line with the companys strategic objectives./li/ulliStakeholder Communication and Leadership/liulliCommunicate financial performance and operational updates to senior administration and relevant stakeholders./liliLead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and capabilities./li/ulliContract and Financial Arrangement Review/liulliReview contracts, purchase agreements, and other financial arrangements to ensure they align with the companys business goals and profitability expectations./liliMaintain accuracy of the charge master and maximize net reimbursement for the facility./li/ul/ulh3Qualifications/h3pBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including roles such as Financial Controller, Assistant CFO, or VP of Finance. CPA or other relevant professional certifications preferred. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in the healthcare or RCM industry is highly desirable.
