Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer service or dispatch environment experience
• Working knowledge of dispatch systems, personal computer, telephone and telephone headset
• Basic computer and mathematics skill
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed which will include Saturdays and overnights

Responsibilities

• Efficiently batching concrete using computer or manual controls, adhering to proper mix designs
• Performing daily plant maintenance, including manual lifting, shoveling, and lubricating plant components
• Completes customer orders, schedules deliveries, and performs small plant maintenance
• Effectively communicates with the drivers to efficiently complete customer orders
• Conducting daily inspections of plant and equipment
