Job duties include accounting, reconciling, processing, invoicing, bookkeeping, verifying, monitoring expenses, data entry and purchase order processing.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

Automotive office / accounting experience is required 

Experience in AP / AR systems like Corpay

Experience working with CDK, Hyundai Statements, and warranty paperwork 

Experience with accounting schedules

AP / AR experience is required

Organizational and interpersonal skills

Must have exceptional phone and computer skills

General accounting knowledge

Must be available to work full time, Monday - Friday

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
