Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Waco, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $25/hr

- Process and enter vendor invoices accurately
- Code invoices to the correct accounts
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way matching)
- Assist with preparing and processing payments (checks, ACH, etc.)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status
- 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience REQUIRED
- Strong invoice processing and reconciliation skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Must pass background check (no felonies)
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to handle high-volume invoice processing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication with vendors
- Dependable and team-oriented
