Job Details:

• Monday through Friday inpatient care and new consult coverage across two hospital locations
• Schedule is 8am - 5pm with on-call provider taking over new consult coverage at 5pm
• Inpatient coverage includes seeing inpatients and taking call for new inpatient consults
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities
• No weekend coverage required
• Variable patient encounters per shift
• Board certification required with BLS certification required
• Active Virginia license or IMLC required to be considered
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Microscopic specimen evaluation required
• Management of vascular access devices and central venous catheters required
• Familiarity with intravenous medications required
• Central line placement required
• Intrathecal administration of anti-infective agents required
• Nearest airports are Richmond and DCA

Compensation:
