Strategic Real Estate Transactions Lead

JLL is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager to lead complex lease transactions for strategic clients in Chicago. You will oversee regular reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and documentation, coordinating with Analysts and other Managers to deliver value for the client and the account. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of CRE experience, proven skills in contract review, lease negotiations and financial analysis, and the ability to mentor junior teammates while building strong client #J-18808-Ljbffr JLL
