As a Lead Front Desk Concierge, you serve as the primary front desk leader ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and regulatory compliance across the community.What You'll Do:Oversee front desk operations and ensure warm, professional greetingsAnswer and direct calls promptly with proper community greetingSupport sales inquiries and coordinate prospective visitsAssist with recruitment data entry and candidate engagementMaintain resident and team rosters, logs, and emergency recordsMonitor Bistro presentation and entry area standardsManage schedules, call-outs, and Concierge coverageSupport move-in coordination and administrative processesEnsure safety protocols, sign-in/out procedures, and Safe Leaving complianceLead Concierge meetings and support team performanceYou are the communication hub and hospitality leader balancing service, organization, and accountability.What We're Looking For:HS Diploma/GED; age 18+Proven customer service experienceExperience leading direct reportsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systemsPay Range: 21.20 - 26.60Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
