Your Impact Acre security is seeking a talented Production Team Lead to manage the manufacturing team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. What You’ll Do Optimize workflows and monitor staff performance to meet customer‑satisfaction metrics. Maintain and assign work orders. Lead, train, and support production workers to meet deadlines and reduce delays. Supervise daily operations to increase output. Create training materials and manuals for the production team. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and management of production team members. Ensure the facility complies with safety and professional standards. Organize and track tasks to meet production goals. Regularly review production to ensure efficiency. Facilitate communication between the production team and senior leadership. Collaborate with purchasing to maintain a steady flow of raw materials and resources. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least five years of related experience. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong communication skills, with the ability to write reports and speak effectively before groups. Proficiency in basic math skills, including calculations of percentages and algebraic concepts. Strong problem‑solving abilities in non‑standard situations. Familiarity with MS Office or similar software for reports and logs. Preferred experience with NetSuite and RF Smart.
