Marketing Director

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead our marketing department.
  • Optimize our 13 Marketing Funnels (including community workshops, TV and radio, podcasts, YouTube, and published books) with our national brand.
  • Understands data in making marketing decisions
  • Does not chase shiny objects. Focused on what works
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Establish and maintain department KPIs, and hold team members accountable
  • Project Management - Lead the research, design, and implementation of new systems and software
  • Reports - Ensure the CEO has the reports and dashboards necessary to manage and run the business
  • Training - Provide initial training and ongoing development for our Marketing Department
