Product Manager

3-7+ years of Digital Product Management experience 2+ years supporting eCommerce platforms and customer-facing digital products Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe ecosystem products Experience with Adobe Commerce and/or marketing technology integrations Experience with Marketo integrations and digital marketing platforms Strong Agile/Scrum experience including backlog management, story grooming, sprint planning, and requirements gathering Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira/Confluence Ability to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams Strong roadmap planning and product lifecycle management experience Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Experience supporting web and mobile customer experiences Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Rental, Retail, Supply Chain, or Logistics industry experience Experience with customer acquisition journeys and checkout flows Adobe Commerce experience Experience with Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs Experience measuring product KPIs and customer behavior analytics About the Role Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager for a leading equipment rental organization. This individual will focus on customer-facing digital experiences, helping drive enhancements across eCommerce, digital marketing, and self-service web platforms. The ideal candidate possesses strong Adobe Experience Manager expertise, experience managing digital products throughout the product lifecycle, and a passion for creating seamless customer experiences. This role will partner heavily with marketing, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver impactful digital capabilities that support strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog for customer-facing digital experiences Gather requirements and define product capabilities aligned to business objectives Conduct story grooming, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance reviews Work closely with stakeholders, UX teams, developers, and marketing teams Support Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe marketing ecosystem initiatives Define user stories and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements Collaborate with development teams to design and launch new customer experiences Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements Track product KPIs and customer engagement metrics Support the Rental Space customer experience, including product discovery, marketing integrations, and online checkout functionality #J-18808-Ljbffr
