Princeton St., Suite 540, Orlando, FL 32803 Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am -2pm + Serves as liaison between staff and other areas within the facility and act as an advisor to other disciplines. + Assesses needs for personnel, supplies, equipment, and physical facilities for budget planning. + Participates in clinical conferences, workshops, seminars, and related forums. + Responds to and refers patient-related phone calls within a two-hour period, and call in prescriptions as ordered by the physician within 30 minutes. + Supervises and participates in the provision of general nursing care activities. Maintains records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work. + Develops, implements, and evaluates assigned tasks and objectives for different areas. + Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion. + Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees. + Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. + Identifies staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained. + Conducts assessments of patient needs and initiate nursing care plans. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Excellent computer skills. [Required] + Must be willing to float to other practices, within reason, when patient load, vacation schedules etc. make it necessary. [Required] + Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements.
