Case Manager: Youth & Family Residential Services

NewPath is seeking a Case Manager to lead with purpose in our residential interventions program. You will conduct individual, family and group treatments, coordinate evaluations (DLA-20, ISP, PHQ9, Ohio Scales) and provide transportation as needed to reach goals. Requirements include a high school diploma with 5 years of SED experience or a bachelor’s degree with 6 months SED experience; valid driver's license and insurance; willingness to work flexible hours and pass background checks. #J-18808-Ljbffr NewPath
