Assignment Details

• Setting: Outpatient
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Hours: 36–40 hours/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
• Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Lunch: 1:00 PM–2:00 PM
• Schedule Flexibility: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM for a 36-hour workweek
• Patient Care: 1-hour evaluations / 45-minute daily treatments
• EMR: EPIC experience preferred
• Experience: 1+ year of PT experience preferred

About the Opportunity

You'll join an experienced rehabilitation team made up of 4 Physical Therapists, 2 Occupational Therapists, and 1 Speech Therapist. The team works closely together to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and help each patient achieve their goals.

The patient population is diverse, with a strong focus on:

• Orthopedic conditions
• Sports injuries

• A variety of diagnoses referred from orthopedic surgeons, family practice providers, and the acute care team
