Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Church & Dwight is seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to drive operational excellence and Lean manufacturing initiatives at our Victorville manufacturing facility. This position will identify opportunities to improve manufacturing and operational processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve OEE, and support a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Lean/Continuous Improvement leader who can work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels, facilitate Kaizen events, analyze operational data, and develop the plant's Lean capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Promote a strong safety culture and support all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Implement Lean management systems focused on improving OEE, productivity, quality, and cost .
• Lead and facilitate Kaizen events , including project planning, team selection, training, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Utilize Gemba walks, 5S, visual management, Lean Daily Management, and other Lean methodologies to improve plant performance.
• Partner with the Lean Steering Committee to prioritize and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Develop employees and leaders to independently identify and execute improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate project feasibility and cost impact.
• Conduct assessments of Lean/Operational Excellence implementation and establish actions to improve results.
• Build strong working relationships across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and other plant functions.
• Support a culture of employee engagement, learning, problem solving, and sustained improvement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization.

Preferred:

• 3–5 years of Continuous Improvement/Lean experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in CPG, food, pharmaceutical, personal care, or other regulated manufacturing .
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and improvement projects .
• Experience with OEE, 5S, Gemba, visual management, Lean Daily Management, and data analysis .
• SAP and Microsoft Office experience.
• Familiarity with food safety programs and basic HACCP principles .
