Proactively source candidates via multiple channels, focusing on quality and speed. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings. Conduct outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate fit and interest. Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools. Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of sourcing experience in high-volume recruiting (in-house or agency). Support 15+ requisitions simultaneously, partnering with regional stakeholders. Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Boolean search. Data-driven mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights. Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years sourcing or recruiting for Engineering or Trust & Safety roles, preferably in high-growth settings. Comfort working in global, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities. Strong stakeholder management skills.
