What we're hoping you bring: As our Associate Solutions Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering – helping customers get the most out of Yoodli. You thrive in technical pre‑sales conversations, guide architecture reviews, and craft tailored solutions that showcase our platform’s value. You support customers through onboarding and integrations, tackle RFPs, conduct security reviews, and manage support tickets to keep things moving. You’re deeply customer‑focused, wear multiple hats, and translate real‑world needs into product insights, building scalable processes that elevate the entire customer experience. Must be willing to work from HQ in Seattle 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Thu). About You: 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment. 1+ years of selling into SMB or Mid‑Market accounts. Comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and debugging tools. Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience working directly with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and product/engineering teams. Thrives in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and loves building from scratch. Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication. Extra credit experience: LMS Integrations SQL experience Prompt engineering What's in it for you?
