Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a Market Research Professional to support research operations, compliance initiatives, and regulatory research programs within a dynamic insights organization. This role is responsible for managing research projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing vendor partnerships, and driving operational excellence across research functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in market research project management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Research Operations & Project Management Plan, execute, document, and continuously improve research processes and workflows. Coordinate research projects from planning through execution, analysis, and reporting. Support mandated and business-critical research initiatives while ensuring timely delivery. Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics. Partner with research teams to support complex qualitative and quantitative research efforts. Compliance & Regulatory Support Manage and document legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to research activities. Ensure research projects adhere to internal policies and external regulatory standards. Develop and maintain operational processes that support compliance obligations. Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for research programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for research vendors and external partners. Coordinate vendor selection, contracting, onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing performance management. Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, budgets, and service-level expectations. Foster strong vendor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain project tracking tools, operational dashboards, and reporting processes. Manage document repositories, workflow systems, and collaboration platforms. Analyze research operations and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain operational metrics and performance reports. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders, research teams, and leadership to support strategic research initiatives. Balance competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets across multiple projects. Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and outcomes to key stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience managing market research projects from initiation through reporting and presentation. Minimum 3 years of experience managing research vendors, including: Contract management Vendor evaluation and performance monitoring Stakeholder coordination Minimum 3 years of experience supporting legal, compliance, or regulatory requirements within research environments. Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting government-mandated or compliance-driven research programs. Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies. Experience conducting research with diverse participant populations. Background in healthcare, health insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
