Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Nocs

Location: Arcata, CA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts weekly. 36 hours/week guaranteed.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Noc position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients during the night shift, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active California RN license
BLS and ACLS certification required
Proof of negative TB screen within 12 months of the contract starting date
