ID: Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: 36 or 48hr option and 13 or 26 week contract option!***Travelers are first to float. RNs must be prepared to float frequently to meet the staffing needs of the hospital***Medical Surgical/Telemetry 4/5 Lied - 4/5 Lied is a 20-bed general medical surgical and telemetry unit as well as ortho patients. Some of the patients you may care for on these units include Total Knee and Hip replacements, complicated orthopedic cases, pulmonary, sepsis, GI, endocrine, cardiac, renal, and psychiatric illnesses.Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).***4/5 Lied is one unit split between two floors. The 5th floor may see ratios of 1:10 at night as it is used for complex discharges. RNs are assigned patients for weekly assessments, vital checks, labs, etc. with the support of care techs and other clinicians. These ratios have been cleared by regulatory based on the care needed.BLS requiredACLS, CPI, NIH preferred2 years of prior Telemetry experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)Drips are required on all floorsEPIC charting experience requiredFirst timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus). Units may include, but are not limited to 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU.In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics. LPNs are assigned on some, but not all, floors.100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITYWeekends: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in an 4-week period. Days: Saturday and Sunday. Nights: Friday night and Saturday night.RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application.
