We are actively developing a pipeline of surgeons and procedural specialists to support continued growth across our expanding network of hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, and specialty care sites. What You'll Do:

• Provide surgical and procedural care in hospital and/or ambulatory settings
• Perform procedures consistent with training and specialty focus
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, hospital medicine, and specialty services
• Support perioperative care, patient safety, and quality outcomes
• Participate in service line development and expansion of surgical programs
• Contribute to community engagement and access to care initiatives
• Maintain a strong commitment to Novant Health's quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Fellowship training (for subspecialty roles, as applicable)

Licensure / Certification:

• Board certified or board eligible in applicable surgical specialty
• Current MD/DO license (or eligibility) in South Carolina
• DEA license

Experience & Skills:

• Strong procedural and surgical skillset within specialty
• Interest in program growth and service line development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
