Currently, we have an exciting Receptionist opportunity with a well-established national real estate services firm specializing in default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and title solutions. Your specific duties will include:Exercising independent judgment while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.Communicating with clients and assisting with scheduling meetings and hearings.Assisting with document drafting, hearing calendars, service of process, and general administrative support.Transcribing documents with impeccable attention to detail.Providing clients with excellent service.Answering phones, taking messages, copying, filing, and ordering office supplies.Required qualifications for the position include :1+ years in a receptionist role (legal or mortgage default experience highly preferred).Solid understanding of the state court system and electronic filing procedures.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a sharp eye for grammar and proofreading.Collaborative, detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.Pay Rate Range : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
