As a key member of the experienced Claims Adjuster team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management expertise to analyze and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key responsibilities Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims through informed decision-making Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file Required qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 5 years related claims experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices Computer experience with related claims and business software
